There are 4 partial scholarships available for first-time, full weekend attendees.
These will be available on a first come, first served basis. To request a scholarship choose the “Partial Scholarship Request for First-time Attendeest” option. Once your $100 payment is received, you will be emailed whether you qualified for a scholarship.
If you do not see a “Partial Scholarship Request” option, then the scholarships for this year have already been claimed.
If you need financial assistance to attend the retreat, we strongly encourage you to contact your church diaconal board.
ALL REGISTRATION CLOSES MARCH 28, 2025!
FULL WEEKEND: 5pm on Friday to 1pm on Sunday, includes retreat attendance, overnight accomodations for Friday and Saturday, as well as 3 meals on Saturday and 2 meals on Sunday. $100 of the total payment is non-refundable.
SATURDAY ONLY: Singing begins at 9am. Check in with the registrar when you arrive at the main meeting room. This option includes Saturday retreat attendance, as well as lunch and dinner on Saturday. Full payment is due with registration (non-refundable).
